A closing dinner at the end of the cohort to consolidate what’s shifted, and anchor what comes next.
2 online guest workshops
Ninety-minute deep dives with carefully chosen experts.
Each session is built around the real challenges emerging inside the cohort, not generic content.
Topics like pricing, positioning, sales, or business model, selected based on what the room actually needs.
2 online hot seat sessions
Sixty minutes where the room turns its full attention to you.
Bring a real decision, a stuck point, or something you’ve been circling. You’ll be guided through it live.
You leave with clarity, not because you were told what to do, but because the right questions were asked.
Small accountability pods
Groups of three, intentionally curated.
For honest check-ins, shared progress, and consistent follow-through between sessions.
