A curated group for women who are done building their business alone
You're already building. But it's slower than it should be, messier than it looks, and lonelier than you expected. You're not stuck because you lack ideas. You're stuck because you're thinking in a vacuum.
You’re not at the beginning anymore
You've done the hard part: validating the idea, landing the clients, figuring out what works. You're not here looking for permission or a formula. You already know how to build.
But there's a specific kind of stuck that happens at this stage. And nobody really talks about it. You're moving, but not at the pace you know is possible. You're making decisions , without anyone who actually gets it weighing in. You're capable, but you're doing it in isolation.
That's not a strategy problem.
That's a proximity problem.
The environment you built your business in has a ceiling.
And you've hit it.
Here’s what we see in the
women who come to Luma:
They’re operating in a vacuum
You have strong instincts, but no one around you is thinking at the same level.
So decisions loop. Positioning drifts.
And over time, your thinking starts to shrink instead of expand.
They’ve outgrown their current peer group
The people around you are supportive, but not challenging you.
And being the most ambitious person in every room starts to feel… limiting.
Growth needs friction. Not just encouragement.
They’re consuming instead of moving
You’re taking in a lot: podcasts, courses, ideas.
But information isn’t the constraint.
Clarity comes from being in the right conversations, not more content.
They’re making expensive decisions without a second opinion
Big decisions are happening, but in isolation.
And that makes everything heavier than it needs to be.
You don’t need more content.
You need a better room.
Not a course. Not a community of thousands. Not networking for the sake of it.
A small, curated group of women who are already building — who think sharper, move faster, and ask the questions you haven’t thought to ask yet. One right conversation can unlock months of stuck thinking.
That’s what Luma is built for.
A 3-month mastermind for women with real business traction
Every element is designed around one thing: movement on your actual business.
We work in real time. You bring what's really happening: a decision you're circling, a challenge you can't unlock, a next step that feels unclear. The room meets you with honesty, perspective, and depth.
This is not passive. You don't sit and absorb. You show up, contribute, and work.
How it works
Six touchpoints over three months. In-person moments to build the foundation, online sessions to keep the momentum, and the in-between structures for accountability.
2 in–person gatherings
A half-day opening session to set the foundation.
Introductions, intentions, and the kind of trust that only builds when you're physically together. This is where the real work starts.
A closing dinner at the end of the cohort to reflect on what’s shifted, and anchor what comes next.
2 online guest workshops
Ninety-minute deep dives with carefully chosen experts.
Each session is built around the real challenges emerging inside the cohort, not generic content.
Topics like pricing, positioning, sales, or business model, selected based on what the room actually needs.
2 online hot seat sessions
Sixty minutes where the room turns its full attention to you.
Bring a real decision, a stuck point, or something you’ve been circling. You’ll be guided through it live.
You leave with clarity, not because you were told what to do, but because the right questions were asked.
Small accountability pods
Groups of three within the cohort.
A space for honest check-ins, shared progress, and quiet accountability between sessions.
Not performative. Not pressure-driven. Just the right people keeping each other on track.
Weekly co–working
An optional space to stay in motion between sessions.
Show up, work alongside others, and keep momentum without overthinking or isolating.
Sometimes the most valuable thing is simply not doing it alone.
A private Whatsapp space
An ongoing space where the conversation continues.
Questions, wins, decisions, and resources are shared in real time between sessions.
The kind of candid exchange that builds depth, trust, and momentum over time.
This is for you, if:
You're already building, not planning to.
You have clients, revenue, and enough proof that your business works. You're not starting from scratch. You're navigating what comes next.
You want to be challenged, not just supported.
You're not looking for a space to feel good about what you're doing. You want the honest read on where you're getting in your own way.
You're willing to show up and contribute.
You get what you put in. This isn't a spectator space.
You're navigating real growth questions.
Pricing. Positioning. Hiring. Scaling. The decisions that don't have obvious answers.
This isn’t for you, if:
If you're still figuring out your offer or haven't yet landed paying clients, this isn't the right room yet. The mastermind works because everyone in it is at a similar stage — that's what makes the conversations relevant and the challenge real.
If you're looking for step-by-step teaching or a space to observe rather than engage, this isn't the format.
There's no judgment in this. Stage matters. Come back when the fit is right.
3 months in the right room changes the texture of your business
Decisions that used to loop get made. Problems that felt stuck get unstuck. The pace picks up — not because you're working harder, but because you're thinking better.
You make decisions faster. You stop overthinking. You gain clarity on what actually matters. You avoid mistakes that cost you months.
And most importantly: you stop doing this alone.
That's the most important thing. Not any single insight or session. The accumulated effect of being around women who understand what you're building and will tell you the truth about it.
The quality of the room is everything
We review every application carefully — not to gatekeep, but because the mastermind only works if everyone in it is at the right stage, willing to engage, and ready to contribute as much as they receive.
We're looking for:
At least one year in business, with real clients and traction
Genuine growth questions to work on — not "should I start"
The willingness to show up honestly and be challenged
If it's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a conversation. We don't accept everyone, and we'll tell you clearly if the timing isn't right.

Got questions?
We’ve got answers.
-
Because the quality of the room will define the quality of your results. We’re intentionally selective to ensure:
Everyone is committed and actively building
Conversations stay high-level and relevant
You’re surrounded by women who challenge and elevate you
-
You don’t need a perfect business or everything figured out, but you should be:
working on something real
making decisions (even messy ones)
open to being challenged
If you’re mostly in “thinking about it” mode, it’s probably too early.
-
There’s no fixed, one-size-fits-all curriculum. The mastermind is built around:
Your current challenges
Your business stage
What you actually need to move forward
We bring structure and frameworks when useful, but the priority is always what’s most relevant in the room.
-
Each session is shaped by the group. We focus on:
Real-time challenges brought by participants
Hot seats and deep dives into specific situations
Collective problem-solving and strategic input
This means you’re not sitting through content that doesn’t apply to you:
you’re working directly on your business, in real time. -
Yes, that’s the core of the experience. You’ll have space to:
Bring your current blockers or decisions
Get direct, strategic feedback
Explore options with the group
The goal is not just to learn, but rather move forward on what matters right now.
Join Luma Circle
We keep Luma Circle intentionally small.
There's a short application, a conversation if the fit looks right, and a thoughtful process of putting the cohort together.
If you're building something real and you're ready for the room — we'd like to hear from you.
